How much experience does your agency have with care services?

We have over ten years experience with senior care needs. From nursing to caregiving we understand what it takes to provide high quality care.

Where do you provide your services at?

We provide our services in the homes of our clients. Our services can also be hospital visits or wherever the client may be. We also have travel caregivers and nurses to go with your clients wherever they may need.

What type of experience do your caregivers have?

We hire CNA ( Certified Nurse Assistant) HHA ( Home Health Aide) or IHSS  In Home Support Service) or caregivers with 2 years or more experience.

What type of screening do you do on your employees?

Our employees are given background checks, must take a health care exam to determine their effectiveness in home care needs. We also make sure they have clean driving records.

Can 24 Hour Caregivers help with medical care needs?

Yes, we work directly through home health agencies and hospice agencies when you are needing advanced levels of care.

What are the costs for your services?

24 Hour Caregivers has many different payment options and payment plans, Cost of care generally depends on the level of care needed. We do not have one set price, for example if your grandmother simply needs companionship for a few hours a day while she is alone the cost of her care would be less than someone who needs full 24 hour care for advanced care needs.  We are always willing to assist in whatever way we can to make sure you can get care at prices you can afford.

Does my insurance cover my care-giving and nursing? 

Depending on the type of insurance you have you may qualify for service that your insurance will pay for. Call us today at 1-(818) 741-2884 and let us know your insurance and we can let you know if you qualify or not.

Do you offer free in home assessments?

Yes, our Director’s or Care Coordinators will come to your house and give you a free in home assessment and provide you with answers to your care needs. Futhermore the assessment is a good way for you to meet us and see copies of all our paperwork and ask any questions.

How do I pay for my care?

24 Hour Caregivers will send you an invoice at the end of each week in which you can pay online through our authorize.net account, Authorize is a secure merchant service program that we use in addition to Wells Fargo Bank. Or you may write a check to our home office or pay through our pay pal system. Client’s who pay online are given promotional code discounts to their payments.

Do you have any hourly requirements or long term commitments? 

No, you can choose how much or how little care you need. If you are needing care for 1 hour a day all the way up to 24 hours a day, you can decide how much or how little you need. Our contracts will state that you are not obligated to any form of long term commitment or hourly requirement.

What if I do not like the caregiver or nurse?

Not a problem just contact us and we can have a different caregiver or nurse come

Do your Caregivers and Nurses speak other languages?

Yes, our caregivers and nurses speak a variety of different languages of which we can have someone for you.

If my caregiver can not make it do to illness or personal matters what do I do?

The great advantage of working with us is should your caregiver not be able to come  in for any reason we can have another person come.

How do I get to meet my caregivers?

Before your case starts we generally let you meet up to 3 caregivers in a one hour setting with each having 20 minutes to introduce themselves. Our team manager will be with you as you meet the caregivers and at the end you can decide who you feel would be best to help assist you.
